Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may not be eligible for a refund. Clients may cancel or reschedule through the booking link provided at checkout. All strategy sessions and service plans are booked to deliver maximum value — please respect the time set aside exclusively for your brand.
