Smoke Tree partnered with 1937 Cultivation to redesign their cartridge labeling workflow. The original system relied on manual data entry, resulting in daily overtime, compliance risks, and delayed shipments. We introduced a centralized Excel framework with dropdown validation, QA checkpoints, and real-time status tracking.

The results: a 90% reduction in data errors, elimination of overtime, and $382,500+ in estimated annual labor savings. The system was simple enough to train new hires in a day and robust enough to scale with new SKUs.
